The contact data of the Data Protection Officer are contact@domine.ro.

The purpose of personal data collecting is to sell products from Domine.ro (with all related activities such as order processing, delivery, payment, billing, etc.), customer service and marketing activities for Domine.ro own needs.

The legal grounds for processing these data are:

• execution of contract and preliminary steps for this contract (art. 6(1) b GDPR) – for the data collected through the order form or data received as a result of customer service;
• legal obligations (art. 6 (1) c GDPR) for the data necessary for billing;
• consent (art. 6 (1) of GDPR) for data used for marketing for the site visitors (e.g. subscription to newsletters, marketing cookies, etc.);

Domine.ro collects personal data from its users in three ways:

• directly from the user
• traffic data, from user’s browser
• through cookies.

1. personal data collected directly.

A1. When you access Domine.ro or when you create an account or place an order we can ask your name, surname, telephone, mail address and e-mail address, as well as other data required for contracting, delivery or billing.

These data are kept for a period of 3 years after the termination of the contract. The invoice data are kept for 10 years from issuance (where there is a legal tax obligation).

If you do not supply these data, we will be unable to honour your order.

A2. When you access the support services we may ask you an e-mail address or phone number. We reserve the right to register any communication made by the support services of Domine.ro in order to improve our services. We will inform you before the communication that it may be registered.

These data are kept for a period of 10 years because the maximum product warranty is of 10 years.

These data are used, for example, for contacting you to solve your products warranty complaint/claim.
We may also request other data that may constitute personal data only to the extent necessary for these purposes (eg.: we will ask for your IBAN account in order to reimburse the money in case of products return).

A3. Also, when you want to subscribe to our newsletter, please give us an e-mail address, a name and other information necessary to personalize your communication.

These data are kept until your consent is revoked or until your activity shows us that you are no longer interested in our communication.

A4. When making a payment. All payments are processed by our Netopia partner, so bank information is sent to it. His personal data processing policies are available on his own website www.mobilpay.ro.

Personal data are kept by the representative for a maximum period of 67 days (TRUSTED.ro reserves the right to change the maximum period to meet the need of its customers). All published opinions are anonymous.
